Description The course is aimed at studying the mechanisms of international disputes settlement in the system of International law, namely: negotiation, mediation, international investigative procedures, international conciliation (conciliation), classic, commercial and mixed international arbitration International Court of Justice, the UN and regional international organizations to resolve international disputes.
