Description The purpose of the course is to familiarize the students with the procedure at the ECtHR (the European Court of Human Rights), to study the admissibility criteria of applications to the ECtHR, to analyse the substance of the human rights according to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 and practice of their protection by the European Court of Human Rights.
