| Description | The course is aimed at training written and oral communication skills of students in the form of written and oral pleadings. Students are studied to apply the law to the facts of a particular case and to argue in favour of their client. This course is also designed in order to develop students’ ability to perform team work, critical thinking and problem solving, and self-awareness and emotional intelligence. |
