Description The discipline aims to acquire and deepen the existing knowledge about the legal regulation of land relations in the context of different types of legal order, taking into account the differences in legal systems of diverse legal families. It covers  the basic models of land relations regulation, including the definition of land rights objects, their inventory, the set and content of land rights, features of land use and protection, guarantee of land rights, dispute resolution, land payments and other legal institutions related to land use regulation in a comparative context.
